Positive Parenting Programme
Triple P is a parenting programme designed
to reduce behavioural difficulties through
helping parents to understand child development, play and positive behaviour management strategies. This programme can be provided individually or in a
Interaction Therapy (PCIT)
PCIT is primarily focused around the parent-child attachment
relationship. It begins with developing a positive parent-child
relationship through child-directed play and then moves on to behavioural management strategies.
- Cognitive Behaviour Therapy
This approach focuses on the link between behaviour, thoughts and emotions.

Services can be provided in
your own home, clinic setting or venue of your choice. Phone or Skype
consultations may be arranged for non-local families if appropriate.
We provide flexible hours, including weekend and evening consultations if
desired. Training seminars in all areas can be provided to parent
and/or professional groups by arrangement. We accept referrals from
